Hi-tech room in modern hotel. Staff fantastic. No tea/coffee in room but downstairs free full ‘bar’ of tea/coffee/water. It gets a lot of use and breaks down. But fixed quickly. Location 20 min walk to old town. However the area is so historic worth it.

The hotel was bright, welcoming, clean, and warm. The staff were patient and friendly, and the restaurant was excellent. I loved my room, enjoyed the restaurant, and would've enjoyed how many of Krakow's attractions were within walking distance if my trip hadn't been cut short by the weather (Krakow gets foggy in the winter and their airport apparently isn't equipped for that). I intend to return to Poland to see what I missed, and if I can stay at the PURO again I probably will.

Lovely hotel experience. Friendly and helpful receptionist, she gave us lots of info and allowed early check in. Small, but very clean and great customer service. Easy to get to Jewish quarter, castle and old town. Lovely clean and modern room, but could have done with more drawers and hangers. Could hear trains as next to rail line, but didnt bother us. Breakfast was super. Great choices, plus extra menu items (avo and poached egg was delicious). Free coffee station was a bonus. Cafe always looked popular and buzzing, although didnt get to try that, gym or spa

Loved the extra touch’s provided by this lovely hotel. Free Coffee, tea & water 24/7. Free bike hire & spa. Each bedroom has an integrated tablet to control lights etc and with its own WiFi. The breakfast at the hotel is not bad but compared with everywhere else we ate, was overpriced. After the first day of breakfast at the hotel, we found lots of amazing bakeries nearby at much better value. We loved having the complementary tea and coffee in the hotel lobby which was a comfortable place to relax between excursions. The hotel bar was great, good value and excellent service.
