Very friendly staff and surprisingly comfortable accommodation in a very good location. The breakfast was pretty decent too. Highly recommended since this hotel represents extremely good value for money. Will definitely stay there again!

Lux Aparthotel is a 20 min drive from Krakow Airport and transfer was organised by the staff in Lux Aparthotel via a very good message service from Expedia(first time using Expedia). Cost for 4 people 90 Pln and 5-8 people 110 Pln. This group of drivers also offer daytrips through apartments. Very good value and nice Mercedes Viano/Vito vehicles. On arrival at apartments we where very impressed,very clean and modern and are setup with all you need inc tea/coffee/water.We had breakfast each day which was pre packed from an outside company and was good enough to start your day.Krakow old town square is good 20 mins walk but you have trams and uber/mytaxi which work very well.All in all beautiful apartment would definitely return. Few negatives would be no towel change or cleaning for 3 nights . 10 am check out.

The room was lovely, we had everything we needed and it was clean. The lady on reception was amazing as well, so polite and friendly however when we booked this we thought it was nearer the town centre and also at night you can hear all of the neighbours and it’s not far from a night club so you can hear the people leaving there. I woke up multiple times to this.
