Huge tv. Large bathroom space. Relatively big room. Friendly staff. Sound deadening from upstairs rooms can be better. But this hotel is great.

The property was very nice. The staff was great as well. The major concern was a lack of communication. Using this site, I emailed them 3 times over a period of 7 days asking if they had a shuttle service or a way to/from the airport. There was no response to any of my inquiries. I was also surprised that this site did not send any reminders re the upcoming trip. Normally they send out an email that stating everything is ready to go. I did check spam, etc. just in case...and nothing. It's a bit worrying when there is nothing from the hotel or from the site.

The hotel claims to be at the Krakow airport but it’s really not - there’s no hotel shuttle so you have to book a taxi and getting to the airport can take thirty minutes during morning or evening rush hours, ten to fifteen minutes other times. The hotel is located in a business park and the only close restaurant is luckily a good Vietnamese one. We didn’t try the hotel’s restaurant because there was a conference being held while we were there and the restaurant staff told us we’d have to wait up to an hour before they could serve us. Didn’t try breakfast because we had an early flight. Don’t think we’ll be back.

Odalar rahat değil. Yatak demirleri sırtımıza dokunuyordu. Odalar havasız ve nemliydi. Resepsiyon çok yardımseverdi. Tek gece kaldık. İdare eder. Daha uzun konaklama için tavsiye etmem.
