The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was very clean and comfortable and modern. Very nice hotel, perfect location, literally two buildings away from main market square. A couple of things I didn’t like: Nightstands in our room were stylish but totally useless, you could barely fit a cell phone and a pair of glasses on the round top. The breakfast buffet was ok but a single girl servicing the large breakfast area was definitely not enough… she was working as fast as she could but it was just too much for a single person. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

From the moment I arrived and was welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, I felt transported to another era—one that reflects Kraków at its most refined and enchanting. The staff were gracious and attentive, even assisting with luggage up the short entry steps, setting the tone for truly exceptional service throughout my stay. The room was more spacious than expected and beautifully appointed, with crisp 100% cotton linens, plush down duvets and pillows, and thoughtful details that created a feeling of understated opulence.
