Ok stay but wouldn't return

Check in was straight forward, given a room on the second floor. Room was basic but clean, the beds quite uncomfortable and very low down. Be warned the walls are PAPER thin - could hear the adjoining room as if the conversation was happening in our room, appreciate hotel cant control the volume of noise guests especially drunk create but was not a pleasant experience! The towels were not changed at all during our 4 day stay. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Great hotel just 10 mins walk from centre of old town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and location is excellent. The lovely breakfast was a bonus! Great value for money, would definitely stay there again.

Nice value near Old Town

Great location and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is very close to the Old Town so walking to the main tourist sites is easy. The rooms are sufficient size-wise and function-wise.

Alexander is super well located adjacent to Krakow Old Town on a very quiet side street. Staff was really helpful also. It was expensive because of high season and my room had very small beds with thin mattresses but it balanced out with the generous in house breakfast and walkability to spectacular architecture.

Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel jest bardzo blisko sklepów i centrum, kilka minut spaceru żeby dojść do starego rynku. Pokój był dość mały jak na 3 osoby. Musiałam poprzestawiać trochę lozka żeby było jak sie poruszać. Ale jako że w ciągu dnia byliśmy i tak poza hotelem to nie był to większy problem. Kawa i herbata , razem z czajnikiem były w pokoju. Jeśli planujesz być w Krakowie na zwiedzanie to ten hotel jest w idealnym miejscu i jak najbardziej polecam .
