Attitude of staff

Our room was not very clean, the covers on stools and beds were inside out to hide stains. When we checked in the staff member tried to tell us that we had booked 2 single rooms and were to be charged accordingly. I had to get our lap top out to prove that we had booked 1 double room with breakfast. Then she said 'Oh I was looking at the wrong booking". Also, we asked for hotel shuttle service at the price in the hotel folder of 50 zloty and was told that they would arrange it for us, when we were picked up at 7 am and taken to the airport, it turned out to be a private shuttle service and the price was 70 sloty We had to go to an ATM to pay him.

Disappointing

Very poor hotel. Arrived to find they had lost our booking. Then given 2 'single' rooms at opposite ends of the hotel, no apology offered. Given keys to the rooms but given no information-check out times, breakfast etc. Staff quite rude and unhelpful. Upon entering rooms found that the beds were camp beds not proper beds which i do not expect at any hotel i stay at. There was a wedding on the night we stayed and the music shook the walls until the early hours of the morning. Location wise it was quite far, approx 20 minute drive, to krakow. Would not stay here again, very disappointing.

I would like to start to say the breakfast was pretty nice for the price of the hotel. Now for the bad news. There was never hot water in the shower. It was always luke warm. They had a wedding reception the Sat we were there and it filled the hallways with choking smoke and was LOUD all night long. There was no air conditioning and if you wanted heat, good luck getting it because the knob was welded shut. Would never stay again.

Nice, new, clean hotel

We only stayed one night here but the service was great, room and hotel were very clean and the breakfast was a great start to the day. The location is well off the beaten track but not far from the airport.

Nicht im Sommer

Das Hotel entspricht leider nicht ganz der Beschreibung von Expedia. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze, kostenloses W-Lan und kostenloses Frühstück. Alles andere gibt es nur in ausgewählten Zimmern. Wir hatten es nicht. Daher war die eine Nacht mitten im Sommer auch nicht sehr erholsam. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Kernstadt, ist aber nur n Steinwurf von der Autobahn entfernt. Trotzdem war der Verkehrslärm erträglich. Nur früh morgens war es sehr laut (was sich hätte vermeiden lassen können durch das Schliessen des Fensters, aber mangels Klimaanlage nicht machbar). Abends sassen wir draussen und es war kaum was los. Das Zimmer war sonst sehr klein, aber zweckmässig, ordentlich und sauber. Insgesamt macht das Hotel den Eindruck als sei es vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden. Die Zimmer werden mit Schlüsselkarten betrieben, alternativ aber auch mit normalen Schlüsseln (natürlich funktionierte unsere Karte nicht) .Das Bad war hell und gemütlich jediglich der Einstieg in der Eckdusche, dürfte beleibteren Personen Schwierigkeiten bereiten, da zwischen Einstieg und Waschbecken nur ne kleine Lücke ist. Das hätte man eleganter lösen können. Die Rezeption war Allzeit belegt und auch die Damen waren sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant bietetmorgens ein Frühstücksbüffet, es ist zwar nicht sehr umfangreich aber ausreichend. Es gibt Aufschnitt, Käse, Cornflakes, frisches (!) Obst und Gemüse. Lediglich die Getränke waren nicht sehr schmackhaft.
