Good size room, free bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the room, free soft drinks in the fridge which were topped up daily. The breakfast was excellent and served from 7 to 11, staff were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism I can have is that the shower cubicle was too small for the amazing shower.

What a wonderful stay. From booking in to departing the staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The only tiny downside was the soundproofing between the rooms. We had a fantastic time, coupled with great breakfasts and food and drink in the restaurant in the evening. Would highly recommend

The view and position was excellent, the room big but quite tired broken tiles and needed a TLC. Breakfast tray quite basic .Nice to have free juice water and milk in the fridge.Most places walkable from hotel.Plenty of places to eat on the doorstep.Area felt safe.Breakfast was fine and cooked to order but the buffet food could have been more varied.Enjoyed our break here .

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and words cannot convey adequately how fabulous everything was. From arrival on day 1 when the reception checked in our bags early so we could explore, to the final ride to the airport in a luxury Rolls Royce it was superb. I felt we paid a very reasonable rate for the room. The room was spacious and luxury. The tub amazing and the welcome prosecco a lovely touch. The view of the square was beautiful day and night. Glazing is good so we were not disturbed by the night time festivities on the square. Breakfast was substantial, tasty and plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely stay, facilities at hotel good. Room was amazing, beds very comfortable, superb shower and loved the bath in the room a lovely touch of luxury.. if i did have a niggle it would be litrle things like stains on carpet at entrance to room makes you feel first impression are off putting until.you walk in and see how beautiful it is. Breakfast could have been a little.healthier or more options but still nice.. staff eere amzaung would go out of way to be helpful. A big thank you for the extra effort for my granddaughter birthday Would definitely recommend and stay again

Excellent room which faced the main square. I was nervous it would be loud but it was completely sound proofed. Staff were friendly, arranged an airport pick up and gave restaurant recommendations and helpful advice. Breakfast was a buffet and then hot options made to order like pancakes and omelettes. Great walking distance to the main square and to the tram to get round. Would recommend the hotel 10/10 and will stay again if I visit Poland
