WE were so happy to get a booking here, esp between Christmas and New Years. A day or two after booking, we got a cancelat ion email from them saying they were full, I got about four of those emails. Then made a reservation more than an hour away so we'd have a room. I received an email the morning after we were supposed to arrive asking where we were?! I responded that they had canceled us multiple times, why would we show up. Now I see they charged us for a night, so will work with my credit card to have that refunded. We got no help with this when I tried to contact Expedia either...
