Whilst the location was perfect, the hotel lacked a lot. Firstly, the toilets don’t flush- needed to use public toilets all the time. Called reception 6 times in a two day stay. checked out with the issue persisting. Secondly and MOST annoyingly- both pools close at 7pm- highly pathetic for a hotel that calls itself a resort- especially in December- anyone seeing this- keep dreaming about sunset swims.

A spectacular looking hotel conveniently located just off the main drag in Ao Nang. They were close to finishing the cleaning of all the turquoise tiled roofs of the buildings in their complex and this along with the villas climbing up the hillside towards the rooftop pool with its magnificent views of the surrounding cliffs and beach, made this a picture perfect Instagram friendly resort to stay in. My room was big with a nice balcony overlooking the small and lower pool, and midway between the lower reception area and the rooftop pool. If you are not physically fit or don’t like walking up and down slopes/stairs this might not be the ideal location for you, but they brilliantly provide a golf cart service from the Reception area (or you can call them from your room) to move you around the resort if you need it (or if you’re a little bit wobbly after having a fun night out!) The resort is a few minutes walk from the beach and it’s countless restaurants and bars with a small little “beer bar complex” called RCA just up the road if that’s more your thing. Hotel staff were very friendly and the tour operator in Reception was very helpful and I would recommend haggling on any price you agree there because there is always money to be saved with them. I went on a “4 island” day trip which was scenic but felt rushed and overly organised. I was recommended to take the Hong Island day trip as it is very relaxing and unrushed, so this will be on the list for my next visit.

The only reason I gave breakfast less than five stars is because the only option is the buffet at four hundred baht per person. However, the spread itself was very impressive. Everything else about the resort was marvelous! It's in a perfect location where you can choose a portion of beach that is not busy, or walk up a bit to Ware all the shops and people are. Would absolutely stay here again!

On arrival, wifi didn’t work and security box was broken. We were made to wait for an hour for repairs, which didn’t work out anyways. The facility and views are nice, but you have to rely on ground transport to and from your room every time going in or out—a bit of a pain. Best point: quiet away from the mayhem of Ao Nang walking street.

Nice people and convenient location, but very basic hotel. No pool towels. Minimal breakfast choice. In photos, rooms are dressed with cushions etc, whilst rooms are actually bare of decoration. Weird frosted window in bedroom looks directly into shower in bathroom (can see everything!) Only one physical key for room (not key cards you could have multiple of.)

Very well located. Great staff. Lovely breakfast. Infinity pool is located high up on the hill so has amazing views. Room was large and bed enormous. Great views. Beautiful lush grounds. Bathroom and shower were very nice too. Pool and beach towels were thin bits of cloth. Only 2 pillows on the huge bed. Needed 4 . Balcony was not private at all. Day bed has no cover on it and mattress had some stains on it.

This was my second time in Krabi. This resort was perfectly located and we had an enjoyable time over all. Most of the staff was very pleasant, and for being in a foreign country and perfectly sufficient English skills (if you expect more, consider where you travel). The pool was beautiful, tons of loungers available and good bar staff. We had no issues with walking around the resort, and getting golf cart assistance when needed. The room service was delicious (though they were the only unpleasant staff members we encountered). I saw reviews mentioning flies and this and that, again, reconsider where you are traveling then. I take a few points away, largely because this is just not a 5 star resort and I don’t think they are trying to be. We did book the cheapest room available. It was clean mostly, the bathroom is mostly what feels dingy and out dated. Shower wasn’t super clean and the shower head (rain shower only, the worst!) was spewing in all different directions. The girls get it. My only, and largest complaint would be the wifi. Again, I know I SHOULD consider where I am traveling. But I have never had such issues in traveling Thailand. I am a remote worker, so it was a bit frustrating. Was hardly ever strong enough to watch any media, and with 2 of us in the room only 1 device would sort of work on it at a time (streaming/media) Overall, with my budget and love for travel I would honestly come back for the price and what we got.
