We had an excellent stay at the Leela and would recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone considering it for the future. It is one of very few if not the only, cliff side hotel in India overlooking the beach.
Special shoutout to Neethu and Krishnadas at the front desk - for always having a smiling face and ensuring we were always comfortable. Any issues we had were swiftly resolved by the team.
The hospitality was amazing and every need was catered to. Truly a 5* experience. The Leela had exceeded our expectations and we have not had the same level of care at any other hotel we had stayed at before and even afterwards.
Spa services were very clean and massages were excellent. The team were patient with us when coordinating 5 synchronised sessions.
Finally to the chefs; the care taken of thinking about so many dishes and lives stations throughout each and every day was very evident. We even saw the head chef teaching the group of younger chefs how to make specific dishes.
We can’t wait to visit again in the future!
