Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one twin room. Master double and twin located on first floor, sharing a bathroom (with bath and overhead shower). Second double located on ground floor, with adjacent bathroom with shower unit.

Full Villa Description:
Villa Cardia is a well-equipped, well-appointed three bedroom villa with a spacious outside area, 8x4m private pool and beautiful golf course views. The ground floor is open plan with a comfortably furnished living area, dining area and well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine). The property comfortably furnished throughout.
The first double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an adjacent bathroom with a shower unit. This room has patio doors that open out to the poolside terrace. The master double and twin room which share a bathroom (bath and overhead shower) are found on the first floor. The master bedroom has two balconies and the twin room has one, each of which offer wonderful views of the golf course, and sea-views beyond.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, has free reliable wi-fi and has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. There is also a free travel cot and high chair available upon request.

Outside the large terrace is set within pretty gardens with an 8x4 private pool. Furnishings include sunbeds, dining table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Hestiades Greens Village on Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus. Hestiades Greens Village is situated right in the heart of the resort, around a 5 minute stroll from the resort village square. The villas on this village all boast their own private pools, thus there is no communal pool here.

Our standard check-in procedure is that we meet our guests at the resort entrance, show you to your holiday home, give you a brief guided tour and hand over the keys.


We will request your full flight details ahead of your arrival, in order to make sure that your meet & greet runs smoothly.


During times of Covid-19 we can also offer a remote check-in service in order to minimise contact; full instructions/directions/map shall be sent in advance, as well as more detailed information on the property, a key box code and a telephone number to contact in case of any questions.
