Overall a decent experience but don`t think will be back. Reception staff was really unfriendly and unwilling to help, actually they seemed really annoyed by any question/request Food was good but quite repetitive, especially breakfast was only continental. The indoor swimming pool is way too cold the be comfortable, saunas are in a really dire contitions

I was really disappointed with my room ( the "luxury"suite) which unfortunately was nothing like the photos on Expedia. Other than that the hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and hardworking with nothing too much trouble. The meals whilst not overly exciting were hot and tasty.

A great hotel in a very good position close to the harbour. But what makes this hotel is the dedication that the staff show towards the guests. A very homely welcoming hotel with a very wide choice of food, that is very well presented. We stayed half board and were very happy. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. We would come back.
