"Arrived to a hotel with no air conditioning in 35 Celsius temperature. No one messaged or warned us though it has been an ongoing problem for two days. Poor girl at reception was left clueless with the manager not even showing up to speak with us. No clarity when and if the problem will be fixed, ..."
