Honu House is located in sunny Poipu on the south shore of Kauai. This home was completed in March of 2019.
Honu House is an open concept home with beautiful koa wood floors and 10' ceilings throughout, boasts 2 master suites on the main level with plush king size beds made with luxurious cotton bedding, 50" flat panel Smart TV, walk in closets and air conditioning. The main master bathroom opens up into a large tropical outdoor lava rock shower screened with gorgeous tropical plants, featuring two shower heads.
Upstairs in the luxury bunkroom there are 4 queen beds all made with beautiful cotton bedding, an additional bathroom, 50” flat panel Smart TV, two walk in closets and air conditioning. You will also find a private lanai with water views and a swing bed upstairs.
Every detail of this home has been carefully thought out and designed inside and out for the ultimate location for your vacation. The landscaping features beautiful tropical plants with gorgeous blooms and amazing fragrance to carry you into this tropical paradise.
The open floor concept great room is furnished with swivel love seats so you can be in on the conversation out on the lanai or watching the 70” flat panel Smart TV. This room opens up to the large lanai with an 18 ft. glass nano door to bring the outside in. The lanai is furnished with comfy conversation lanai furniture and a dining room table that seats 8.
Steps off of the lanai you will find a BBQ and a 6 person hot tub.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make amazing meals with fresh island produce, fish, and many other exotic items that you collect from one of the local farmers markets. Mix up a batch tropical drinks with fresh fruit from one of the mango, orange, lime, lemon, papaya and guava trees on the property.
You are a 30 second walk from the best beaches on Kauai. Brennecke Beach and Poipu Beach Park host some of the best surfing, boogie boarding, snorkeling, turtle and monk seal sighting on the island. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach mats, towels and toys are all ready for you and your perfect day at the beach.
Need a break from the sand? Each guest (up to 8) has a membership at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club with swimming pool, fitness center, basketball, tennis, pickleball and much more.
