Lovely home, great location

Lovely home, great location one block from Poipu Beach. Provided beach equipment (large wagon to carry chairs and umbrella). Comfortable, well-furnished home for 8 of us, including 2 little ones. The covered deck under the house was very comfortably furnished and included a dining table that seated 8.

Beautiful Property, Perfect Location

This property was perfectly private and just off the beach near Poipu. Walking distance from some very notable eateries, namely Puka Dog. Its also centrally located on the southern part of the island so there is very convenient access to the west, the east, and to the north. We loved the lanai. There was a covered area with plenty of sitting spaces and a hot tub. The deck pad was perfect for sunrise yoga. The management company provided beach towels in addition to bath towels which was greatly appreciated. The house was clean and in good order and there were clear directions for use of all of the amenities. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space for our party!

Wonderful!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We were 8 people, ranging from 8-70. The house was spacious, comfortable & very clean. There were plenty of towels, bathroom toiletries & beach equipment. The kitchen was well stocked & the hot tub, BBQ and fire pit were a plus. It was a very short, easy walk to the beach which was awesome! My only caution would be that the stairs might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We hope to be back in Kauai soon and would definitely stay there again!

Family Aloha Time

Great place for family and friends. The small psudo-apt/front room was perfect for my nephews family and their 3 yr old. The other 3 rooms have sliders to the balcony. AC was super plus for cool sleeping. Perfect location 5 min stroll to Poipu beach, close enough to be 'at' the beach and set back enough to be quie. Puka dogs, sea turtles and sunsets. Great BBQ and fire pit area with plenty of room to relax and nap with the cool breezes. Very much recommended to anyone thinking about this place and not not sure about from lack of reviews.

The Perfect House!

What a great home! We’ve stayed on Kauai, in Poipu, many times over the years. We decided to try something new and am so glad we did. It was such a great rental, the perfect location, spacious, clean, well appointed, beautifully maintained grounds, private, and felt like home. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great communication and helpful with turning on the fire pit. Bonus…fresh and plentiful mangos! Mahalo!🌸
