Angry lady next door
The house is beautiful with nice furniture and a great outdoor space. But most people will want the negatives so here goes. The AC doesn’t keep up and is set at 69 degrees but the temp in the house especially upstairs stayed between 74-77. Too hot for me to sleep. There was construction going on at the house next door so you woke up to that at 8 during the week. Not that big of a deal, minor inconvenience.
Here’s the real fun. There is an angry old lady that lives across the street. She clearly does not like that this house is rented out. We went to bed early the first night, around 8pm. She came over around 10:30 and rang the doorbell repeatedly for 5 mins until I was able to run and open the door. She berated for leaving the INDOOR lights on. She said they are to bright and she can’t sleep. We called security and had to make sure she didn’t come in the property again, they said they would call the police if she did. She then complained again because my 10 yr old son left his bathroom light on and she claimed it was too bright and she couldn’t sleep.
Be aware of the angry troll that lives next door.
Otherwise the house is great
