House was in a great neighborhood and location, close to beaches, sights, restaurants and shopping. The actual house and furnishings are a little tired, though. The house was missing some basics (eg no table or floor lighting in living room, no measuring cups / spoons or a spatula in kitchen). No A/C in the kitchen / living area which isn’t a huge problem but not super comfortable. We had no hot water in a bathroom and so one en suite bathroom wasn’t useful for showering. We informed the management company - the property manager stopped by - but no change during our stay. Sliding screen doors are old, with handles broken, need some love. So overall, the property was good - but didn’t have some basics or amenities we’ve come to expect from VRBO houses.

We really enjoyed are stay! Great location and living area!

The home is beautiful with a great location and was the perfect space for three adult couples. The kitchen and living space upstairs were perfect! The only issue was not having a/c in two of the bedrooms. We expected a cross breeze with windows and doors open and fans going but that wasn't the case. It was still very warm at night and it felt unsafe having doors open on the floor level. Upstairs without a/c was fine due to the breeze coming in. Other than the temperature in the bedrooms, this was a fantastic house!

Perfect Pool Home for Family Vacay

The house was fantastic! Perfectly situated on the southern end of Kauai. Five minute drive to the beach, five minute drive to lots of good restaurants serving all types of food. The best part is the pool, my kids used this amenity every single day, and is the perfect thing to keep them busy or have some down time in between adventures.
