This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in during my entire life. There were several issues with our stay: 1. The hotel phone number provided on Expedia is incorrect, and we could not connect with the hotel. 2. The hotel forced us to pay the full amount again, in cash, despite us showing receipt of having paid for the booking by credit card. Since it was 11 pm at night, we did not have any option and paid 2 times for the same room 3. While 2 of us were staying, they provided only 1 towel, despite requests for another towel. 4. The room was very poor in quality - did not have anything other than a bed - no wardrobe, no table, nothing even to hang used clothes on. We had to keep our used clothes on the floor 5. The listing said there are food options available in the hotel - but that is absolutely incorrect. 6. To top it all, the hotel staff and owners were extremely rude and made kurt remarks like "if you want 2 towels then you should stay at ITC next time" All in all, very poor experience. My feedback to fellow travelers - avoid this hotel. It is not worth the hassle. There are plenty of hotels in the neighborhood.
