Facilities need to be more human centered. Identifiers are inappropriate in some places. Used modern sensor based technology and most of the people are struggling to figure out the operation. Specifically in bathrooms and common areas like change room at the pool. Sauna / steam bath has inadequate instruction to follow. So people remain afraid to avail the facilities.
