Koh Samui White Orchid

The property is as described and is perfect for a couple or family stay. The house was very clean inside and out. The amenities are very well thought out by the owner. You will need to rent a car or scooter to get around as the location of the villa is in the residential neighbourhood away from the tourist zones. The water temp in the pool was perfect and the villa had a good supply of clean linens and towels. The location of the villa is very safe and quiet. My wife and I felt extremely at ease in the neighbourhood. There is a washer with drying racks for clothes. The kitchen is well equipped for longer stays. There are lots of little 7-11 food stores within a 5 min scooter ride to stock up on snacks and such. Overall you won't be disappointed with the White Orchid.

Beautiful villa, nicely appointed. Communication with the owner was good and he provided us an early check-in. Please read the fine print carefully. You will be required to provide a very sizable deposit in cash when you check in. The manager will not accept Thai Baht. The deposit is meant to cover electricity and we found it very expensive; we stayed at the villa only six of the ten days we booked it for and our electricity was in three digits. The resorts do NOT charge for electricity.

Walk to the beach very far. Ride only by car. In general, a cozy and comfortable villa for a small family, felt "at home")))
