Baan Sanom is a beautiful 5 Bedroom Beachfront Villa with a private pool , sleeping 10 persons, situated on Maret Beach between Lamai (5 minutes drive) and the small fishing hamlet of Hua Thanon ( 1 minute). It offers beachfront living at its best. There are a variety of restaurants, beachfront bars, pharmacies, shops, convenience stores, car / motorbike hire and ATMs nearby.
A spacious open plan kitchen-dining-living area leads through sliding class double doors to a large fully shaded veranda which is well furnished with dining furniture, ceiling fans and a BBQ grill.


Baan Sanom Beachfront Villa was totally remodelled in 2024 . It offers 5 ensuite bedrooms, 4 rooms with king size beds and 1 room with 2 single beds (perfect for children). All rooms are air conditioned.
Baan Sanom has 2 primary bedroom suites offering beachfront views.
A private pool in the central courtyard overlooking the beach offers the perfect place to cool off and relax.
An outside covered sala gives the perfect opportunity to eat and drink on the beach in comfort and style.
If you're an early riser, the covered terrace leading from the living area is just the spot to watch the sun coming over the horizon.
The large open plan kitchen-living-dining area allows ample space to relax and watch a movie or the game on the TV ..

This beautifully appointed tropical beachfront villa sits on an expansive white, sandy beach with spectacular views and calm ,safe waters . Ideal for children and adults and just a short walk away are many restaurants.

Bustling Lamai with its' many food and entertainment options is a mere 5 minute drive. Five minutes drive in the other direction and you’re in the heart of the lush green countryside.

Your stay includes:v
Daily Housekeeper. Your housekeeper will arrange laundry for a fee , No responsibility accepted for your clothing . Travel cot and high hair provided ON REQUEST.

Things were excellent all the way around. David was very responsive and helped us with any requests. The housekeeper and gardner were great to have around. They cooked dinner for us one night and it was amazing.

An amazing place to stay! Beautiful house right on the beach. One self contained three bed house with huge bedrooms all ensuite as well as large living area and well equipped kitchen. Also two separate bedrooms with en-suites. All beautifully decorated and maintained. The pool is perfect and well maintained too. Always part in shade so ideal for kids and adults. Lovely decking areas with comfortable rocking chairs and table. Perfect for drinks with an amazing view. Location is perfect. Quiet yet access to restaurants within 5 mins walk. 10 mins along the beach to Amazon coffee and KOB with lovely food and homemade bread! We had a maid/housekeeper every day who cleaned the house and was happy to get shopping for us as well as take our laundry. Lovely lady and her husband looked after the grounds too. We had a fantastic two weeks family holiday there and would recommend to anyone!
