Independent - accommodation in Koh Lipe

Love the room and the location! Very clean and spacious

We rented one of the two larger cottages directly on the beach and it was really quite wonderful. It provided a nice level of privacy and the view at night in particular, was really a joy. Bed was very comfortable and although the bathroom was far from luxurious, was large and perfectly suited for a beach cottage. Air conditioner worked fine. Breakfast food is limited-pretty much the same choices every day, but it was filling and satisfying. The people at the front desk were patient and accommodating. During our stay we walked to several other beach areas on the island and decided that Lipe Beach Resort had one of the best locations in that there was almost always a nice breeze, which moderated the heat. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Lipe and if it is available (hint, the beach-front cottages seem to rent quickly so it makes sense to plan quite a bit early if you want one of these prime locations).
