Great location & excellent staff.

Loved this hotel and their staff! Staff did everything to make me feel special and my vacation fun and relaxing. Perfect location on the beach (with sun chairs) next to restaurants, beach massage spa, and short beach walk to the Walking Street & Sunset Beach. Will stay here again.

This was our first time to Koh Lipe and we didn’t really know what area to book. We got really lucky with Bella Vista. It is near the walking street and entertainment area but also far enough so that it is peaceful and quiet. The location provides a great view. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to keep the property clean. I would love to stay here again

Terrible outdated rooms with great location

The rooms are dated with very little furniture in the room. It feels as if they rooms are half done. Dirty bathrooms. No water in the shower if other rooms are also taking shower, we were told. Sporadic hot water in the shower. Rooms ending with 07 and 08 will have to breath lots of smoke every mornginf because of the stuff they burn on the nearby field.

We got the room where we opened the balcony door and could see the sea and jump into the beach, run to the water! Room was amazing - new, modern and comfortable. The hotel sent a staff to pick our luggage up from the immigration and sent them to immigration when we left. Truly appreciated.

Overall is a satisfying stay but the hotel air conditioning is very bad, not cool at all and the washroom is quiet hot inside. Very nice service for hotel staff, they come pick me up in the immigration and also help to send my luggage to the check in jetty when I check out . Is a quiet relax place. The hotel is also providing beach towel and toiletries, save my luggage space a lot . Oh ya! They also help me to decorate my room as this trip is my honeymoon

Great beach resort.

Bed was comfy, room is large, beach towel provided, near to beach. Breakfast could improve. Only problem was lots of mosquito and no hair dryer provided.

Good location but hotel has sewage problem

The staff is helpful and always wear their smile. However, the hotel condition itself needs maintenance. I think the hotel has serious sewage treatment problem as the toilet always stinks a lot. I saw that the hotel already used a plastic tape to cover the floor drain but the problem is still there. Although the condition of the hotel needs maintenance, the hotel has good location which is by the seashore and not that close to the walking street or the harbour so it's not that noisy.
