Great hotel in the hear of Limerick

Great hotel in the heart of Limerick. We really enjoyed out stay here. Hotel was central to everything and made it easy to walk everywhere. Room was very comfortable and clean.

A lovely property

High-quality hotel, lovely staff, very nice included breakfast, super comfortable bed, good location. The only issue was that our room faced the street and with the windows open, there were a lot of shouting drunk people passing by (maybe because of the hurling match that day?). But it was fine with the windows closed. Highly recommend

Place was nice and clean, but I received an email request to let them know when I would be checking in. When I was delayed, I called to let them know and the person I spoke to was very nice, but said it didn't matter because their reception desk was manned 24/7. It made me wonder why they needed to know when I was checking in then. And when I did check in, I was tired and hungry. I asked if the pub across the street was OK for dinner and the man at the front desk said he had no idea and recommended the hotel restaurant. Staff should be able to review the places nearby.

Very nice hotel in the city centre

It’s very nice to stay at the hotel. The location is probably one of the best as it’s in the city centre and surrounded by shops, pubs, and restaurants. The conditions of the room and the services were also great. Sound insulation was good too, which is a very important feature. I would stay in the hotel again next time when i visit and I’ll also recommend friends and family to do so.

Great location, really nice hotel, but pretty basic rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the best out of all the hotels we stayed at in Ireland over the past month - my avocado toast had at least one whole avocado on it, possibly more. Parking is off-site, but an easy walk just around the corner - however we did not find any place to drop off luggage, so we had to make a couple of trips back and forth.
