Where do i even begin. We had the worst experience here. The employees tried their best but it was thing after thing. We had 3 different rooms within the first night. It was me, my boyfriend, and our dog. First room we were given was actually someone else’s room and when we walked in it had other people’s belongings. (thank god no one was there). We then got a new room at the end off the hall, next to the staircase. Fine. The room was a conjoined room, Fine. The room next to us brought what sounded like 4-6 small dogs who howled, barked, scratched and sniffed at the conjoined door stressing out our dog for hours. My boyfriend went to the front desk just after 10pm requesting a new room, because we were done with the annoyance and our dog not relaxing. Our third room was in between 2 empty rooms and other than the walls are so thin you can hear the constant hallway activities throughout the night and the huge stain on the floor it was fine. Day two was almost smooth sailing except our second card stopped working while my boyfriend went to take our dog out; and at nearly 11pm the room next to us was suddenly occupied with a couple talking and doing “couple-ley” things into the am’s. We did not have a relaxing experience and had it been just one of these things we would have been fine but 3 rooms and problems after problems, just simply a terrible experience. Long story short is if your being cheap like i was and you have the money to stay elsewhere, do it.
