The beds were terrible@ like sleeping on the floor without a mattress. I thought when I read reviews I thought there was a decent breakfast but that wasn't the case. I have stayed in Days Inn before but this was not good. I need to return to Klamath Falls and I won't be staying here.

The room was dirty, like rarely vacuumed or dusted. There was mold in the bathtub and shower. The room had recently been painted, and they tried to caulk right over the mold. I asked to front desk to move us, so she had us look at a suite. It too had black mold in the tub/shower which was partially covered by fresh caulk. Awful property and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I woke up to piss ants crawling all over me!! It was disgusting!! The room was was ver clean but I had ants all over me in the morning. I was supposed to get a email from the property with a discount but I didn't receive anything..💁‍♀️

Service above and beyond

There was a very slight issue with the room I had the first night of my five nights stay. I casually mentioned the issue to the front desk, about two hours later, Brenda, the sales manager gave me a call and asked if it would be OK if they switched my room? Needless to say, they went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. Cannot say enough about this hotel, and I even got to meet.Raj the owner. Very nice individual that was very pleased that I was a long-term customer. We stay at this hotel, at least once a year for the same length of time. Highly recommend this freshly remodeled facility.
