Settle into a comfortable, thoughtfully prepared Spanish-style home in Klamath Falls’ charming Pacific Terrace neighborhood. This home offers a quiet, walkable setting close to downtown, Sky Lakes Medical Center, and Oregon Institute of Technology, making it a great fit for traveling professionals, visiting families, and guests seeking a calm, easy place to stay.

Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen designed for everyday cooking and longer stays. The home retains its classic charm while offering a comfortable, functional layout and cozy furnishings that make it easy to relax, work, or unwind.

Two bedrooms each offer queen beds and comfortable sleeping spaces, and high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workspace supports remote work or extended visits. One bathroom is located between the bedrooms, all on the main entry level of the home.

Laundry is available on site in the basement. Portions of the basement are reserved for owner storage; however, additional games and activities are also located there and can be made available to guests upon request. The garage door remains closed at all times for security and is secured/locked from the inside.

Outside, enjoy a spacious backyard with a swing set, offering a nice place to step out, stretch, or enjoy fresh air during your stay. This was an amazingly clean home and super comfortable. It's well-furnished with a lot to offer in the kitchen for cooking and eating in. The only downfall during our stay: One of the bedrooms has sheers for curtains and they don't offer much shade from the morning sun. I would stay here again for sure, if the opportunity presented itself.
