I think many area hotels are of lower standards than other parts of Texas. That being said this is the 3rd in the area and by far the worst we have stayed in! The rooms were dirty. There were holes in the towels(all of them) and there were roaches. I understand it is an older hotel, but cleanliness should still be maintained. There were hairs in the shower, on bathroom floor and on counter. The tv did not really work as it had a black line down the middle. We had 2 rooms and both were in poor condition.
