This Condo is a hidden gem in the Texas Hill Country! Located on Lake LBJ, it is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. On the first level is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area. It has 1 bedroom, a den, and a bathroom on the second level. There is a patio out front where you can watch the sun rise and enjoy the amazing view of the lake.
It is located at Rio Vista Resort & RV Park and includes all the amenities offered there. The Condo is located within steps of the pool (open March until the end of October) and hot tub.
If you are looking to spend time on the lake there is a boat launch ramp and complimentary boat slip steps away from the Condo. If you need a boat, we can recommend a company who rents out boats/jet skis and will launch them for you!

Fishing expedition
Property is convenient to Lake LBJ and serveral others in the area. Boat ramp and slips were literally yards from the condo. Condo was clean, modern, 3 bedroom and 2 bath and perfect for the grandfather, uncle, and grandson planning on a short fishing trip. Condos are at the end of an RV park and convenient to local grocery store and a few restaurants. Good location in the Hill Country of Texas.

it was great and right on the water would recommend
