**Lakeview*Boatslip**Mini Golf Course**

This Condo is conveniently located at Rio Vista Resort and RV Park. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs room has a king size bed and the upstairs room has a queen. Included with this rental is a boat slip, as well as access to the many family amenities located at the resort. Some of these include a swimming pool (open March until the end of October), hot tub, mini golf and splash pad!

Rio Vista Resort and RV Park is located on Lake LBJ at the confluence of the Colorado and Llano Rivers. The views from the front porch of this Condo are fantastic. There is no better location on Lake LBJ.

Enjoy amazing sunsets while grilling some burgers on the grill, or maybe even cooking up some fresh fish caught that day. Whatever you do, you will find this, and all of our Condos and Lake Houses, to be a very comfortable places to stay for your Lake LBJ vacation.

Run down place on the LBJ

The location of the "resort" is convenient being by the confluence of the Colorado and the Llano portions of the rivers, and that was nice for boating. However...the apartment is totally run down. One of the showers didn't work, leaky faucets, window unit AC units, old furniture, kitchen was minimally stocked. The staff were kind as could be and super helpful. Some updating could make this place nice. The beds were comfortable.
