Serviced Apartments in Kingshill

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience was very disappointing. There were roaches in the dining area. While my wife, another couple, and I were eating, roaches were coming out of the table. When we told the staff, they said they already knew about the problem. I also found a dead roach in my bed, which was very upsetting. The dresser had a broken strap hanging off. The entry door to the bathroom door handle was on backwards. I had to put it on the right way. The service was poor from check-in to check-out. They pick and choose which guest to offer the trolly belhop service to. I had to carry my wife’s and I baggage to our room upon arrival. Most of the staff seemed to have a bad attitude, and we did not feel welcome at all. As someone who works in hotel management and travels often, this was the first time I felt this uncomfortable at a hotel. The property itself is run down and needs a lot of improvement, both in maintenance and customer service. There is also very little to do nearby, and the restaurants recommended by the hotel are about 30 minutes away. The only positive part of our stay was Lydia, who was friendly and introduced herself. Overall, I suggest paying extra to stay somewhere else. I would visit St. Croix again, but not this hotel.

The hotel is great. In a great location to be able to visit the entire island. Great beach and several restaurants within a short walk.

We loved staying at this property and would definitely stay again. View is amazing.
