• PARKING: Limited to 3 vehicles per HOA. Vehicles must move every 24 hours when snow exists.
• DISCLOSURES: Must climb stairs. Living area and kitchen are on the 2nd floor.
*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.

Check-in directly at this forest-facing corner property which features an open living room with a remote-controlled gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV with streaming, Queen sleeper sofa and vaulted ceilings. The fully stocked kitchen, including a new electric oven with built-in air fryer, is separated from the living room by an inviting breakfast bar with three high-back chairs. Toss dinner on the new electric grill on the upper patio off the living room and gather around the dining table for 8 to enjoy it.
Two big bedrooms on the ground floor share a sectioned bathroom with dual sinks in the first area and a shower/tub combo plus toilet in the second. The Master bedroom boasts a comfy new king bed, flat screen TV for streaming and access to a private patio. The second ground level bedroom is fit for a queen with a new memory foam queen bed and ample closet space. On the middle level, you will find the third bedroom with 2 new matching memory foam mattresses, twin beds, and the second full bathroom. The loft area on the top floor is open to the living room below and furnished with 2 new twin beds plus 1 more in cubby space - a favorite with the kiddos!
This property is equipped with a 27" HP monitor, wireless mouse and wireless keyboard - making it easy to work from home if needed.
Just 5 miles to Northstar ski area and resort; free winter shuttle. Six other ski areas are within 30 minutes drive. Less than 1 mile to Tahoe Rim Trail and downtown Kings Beach (with golf, fishing, free beach, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and restaurants), and 2 more to the Nevada state line and Northshore casinos. Exercise facility is available year-round, with summer access to the community swimming pool and tennis courts, and seasonal access to the community sauna.

When they nicknamed the property "The Bear's Den" they were joking, we saw a bear across the parking lot, to our delight! Overall the home was spacious and comfortable to stay in. The amenities provided, especially the full size bathing products made our stay that much more easy and relaxing! Will be keeping this property in mind for future travel plans to the area!

Once we were able to access the Unit, we found the property to be very clean and relatively well appointed and equipped. Great cable channel access including On-demand service. The beds were comfortable too. The only suggestion would be to improve the coffee service and consider toiletries for short term rentals.
Great location, we love this side of the lake and the proximity to Tahoe city, and Incline Village!

My wife and I and are 6 grandchildren (ages 5-15)stayed here. It was a quiet tranquil area and close to everything--the lake, the grocery store, miniature golf, hiking. The condo had a nice living area and a large table we could all eat at. There was a pool that was shaded in the afternoon which was nice. The kitchen was adequate but a bit small.

While the condo was in a great location it did have a lot of issues . Back door broken . screen door broken , internet down most of the time . Very dusty . The front Bedroom queen bed had a broken frame . the back patio on the bottom floor had broken old rusted blinds left on deck . The Kitchen was somewhat updated and was nice . The master tub was very old and worn . I do have to say the management was very nice and tried their best to help us . Also the Ac unit was connected to the wi-fi which was down a lot so it was very hot .The only TV that worked was in the main living room and it was out most of the time . The other tvs in the bedrooms were not working at all . I would come back to the condo area but not stay at this particular unit again for the amount of money and fees I paid . The upstairs loft was great for the kids and the Pool was so nice 😊

It was nice to be a very quick drive to the lake and grocery stores, etc. Also great to have a pool on site. The condo was clean and pretty well socked in the kitchen. The furnishings and decor are a little outdated, but fine.
We had a wonderful time in Tahoe. The unit was comfortable with plenty of room in the bedrooms. Nice deck. Peaceful corner unit. Kids loved the loft. Nice for bbq. Would recommend a larger one. Kitchen held everything we brought. One item needed was a pan for making french toasts or pancakes. Love it would definately book it again,

Comfortable, but Requires Updating
The property accommodated our party of 9 comfortably. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax in their own living space. There were plenty of towels provided for use. Although we had a comfortable stay, there are some items that need updating. The sofa is in dire need of a replacement. The dryer did not work properly and took over an hour to dry a load. Also, some kitchen appliances need to be replaced. The coffee maker did not have a lid and would not keep it warm and the toaster oven did not work appropriately. Had the furniture and appliances been up to par, it would have been a great rental.

Lots of Stair - great for kids
Lots of stairs. Great bed choices for kids - the kids loved the "cubby bed".
Clean - nice. Just perfect for me and my 2 teens. Close to Kings Beach. Pool and Spa were across the street - not convenient.
