We booked they stay so our kids could swim in the pool. It was down for service and the lady at the front desk was not concerned at all about finding when it was going to reopen. I was just trying to see if it was going to be before our check out. I would have booked another hotel had I known the pool was down.My bathroom floor was also dirty.

Breakfast was wonderful, give the cook a raise. Bed was great. But we found conditions in our room far below standard. Safe batteries were dead. Hinge on cabinet door was off, laying inside. Two fridges in room—one not working. Window blind was off track, button didn’t move it. One loose tile in bathroom. Bathroom door didn’t shut easily. And there was a detached tub tray on the bathroom floor. Room 207.
