Absolutely love my stay the friendly staff made me and my child feel so welcomed I would stay there again for sure. The rooms were clean and there is a bbq and pool are recommended to family and friends

When i got there the lady at reception was pretty rude and then the next day the cleaning lady was rude as i was sitting outside talking with my friend that i went up there to see when the cleaning lady had a go at me to keep the noise down as the person in the room next to me was a police officer who was asleep cause he was on night shift the my kids came over with there toddler and i had taken my electric frypan to cook with and i had to go to the shop quickly and the lady from the office came and knocked on the door and said there was a noise complaint and to keep the noise down then because she could smell the food she cracked it and asked where i was and said where not aloud to have that in there and cook on it we have to use the bbq out side and then said that my kids that were there to visit were ment to be there and was very very rude to my kids who were upset about it but never came and pulled me a side to speake with me then the next day i went to ask about using the laundry and she said she will be over to open it after 5 told me to use a certin washing machine and dryer which the dryer had clothes and stuff in and she told me to just empty it into a basket and make sure i lock the door when ive finished doin my washing so i did and cleaned the lint thing in the dryer out and when i come back as the washing machine was finishing some other person put there clothes in the deyer so i just went and hung my clothes in the room to dry but all around i will never go back

Don’t bother, rude and unreasonable

Terrible customer service when checking in, I was called by the Motel and it was one of the rudest, unreasonable calls I’ve ever had, all because of a typo in the booking names. Thankfully there are multiple other motels in town, the four of us have booked elsewhere for the next month, I’d rather sleep in my car than go back to this awful place

Basic room but extremely clean. Have everything you require bed bathroom with toiletries supplied basic toiletries. But it’s what you expect in a country town. A bedside lamp would’ve been nice though. There were Blockout blinds and curtains which are always great when travelling to block out the outside noise of car parks etc. Around the hotel. Good day for money wasn’t expensive and it was a basic room for that price. The lady that checked me in who I believe is the owner was very friendly and helpful.
