It was only two nights but would of loved to stay longer. Everything was really nice and lovely. Definitely will stay there again and again. So close to everything it was great as I don't drive. Happy to tell everyone about it.

Heritage Hotel too noisy at night.

Pros: Friendly ,helpful staff, good standard of food provided.Good standard of facilities: guests lounge room, bathroom, toilet .
Cons: Sound proofing the sleeping quarters from gaming area.
Location: Lots to do and see.
My friend and I stayed for two nights but we were both woken up in the early morning

You pay for what you get.

Pros: The location and cheapness are about the only good things going for this place.
Cons: The hotel is run down, old. They're in the middle of painting- hope this includes upstairs as well. The rooms need more than one power point.
The hotel itself is in a good location- close to shops and food choices. It's cheap and that's why I stayed here for work. Unfortunately it needs a major renovation- paint is peeling off the walls upstairs, if you room is located to the left of the stairs, you will hear the pokies till late at night. Staff rudely woke me up at 6:30am complaining to each other about the state of the mens toilets.

Great place to stay for a night in town

Been there 3 times now. Great place with charm. My room could do with a bit of attention as curtains did not work and glass pane in French doors was broken. Showers and toilets very clean. Good bed in my room. Friendly and helpful staff. I'll come again.

Great for a weekend conference

Pros: The age and character
Cons: Just the power supply in this day and age everyone has mobiles etc to charge.
Location: Kingaroy and lots of attractions.
Had fun and the old hotel is in very good condition. Would be good if each room had a power board as there is only one power outlet in the room. Other than that we had a great time.
