There were roaches, mildew, & the coffee pot didn’t work. When I asked for a refund because we left that nastiness early, staff said they were unable to do a refund.

the sheets were not changed and dirty with stains, the chairs need chairs need cleaning, towels need bleaching or to be replaced, the fridge had black stained stuff on the outside and was dirty like it came out of a body shop repair place and they didn’t wash their hands and stained the fridge, the toilet paper holder was broken and rusty, and I can go on and on
