This complex is conveniently located in North Kihei near many popular beaches, shops, restaurants, and groceries! On-site there is a heated swimming pool for your comfort as well as gas barbeque grills and a nice grassy area fronting the beach to enjoy picnics or let the kids play. There is a walkable beach directly in front of the complex where you might find a sea turtle basking in the sunshine or a kite surfer riding the waves. OK, this condo was fine. if you are looking for a totally updated modern condo, this isn't it. BUT - it was totally functional - WASHER AND DRYER - PLUS - AWESOME VIEW. BUT - on the day of arrival - the instructions given you for entry to the condo were totally inadequate - they gave you a code but didn't tell you you had to hit a button before that and twist a lock a certain way. When called, the on call property management person could not have been more rude. "do you really want me to come there and let you in" - ( NO - how about you just tell me about you should hit the button at the top, enter the code, and then twist the lock to the right at the beginning, before the arrival.)Now - I was there during a "kona Low" - which is a horrible rainstorm. It rained EVERY DAY during my visit. For the weekend, there was horrible flooding - we had no power from Friday pm until Sunday pm - the parking lot was impassible because of deep mud - (many cars were flooded - coated in mud in the interior!!) NONE of this was the fault of the condo. BUT - NO ONE from the condo managment company bothered to contact us during this storm - to check on us during 48 hours of no power, or the subsequent 72 hours of inability to leave the parking lot because of flood and mud. But they totally reminded us we needed to be out on the day of our departure by 10am. Never mind our flooded car.We got out though. Maui is awesome will come back will not stay with this prop mgmt compy though

We love this whole building! The units are spacious, and every one comes with a great ocean-front view. We like to come in the winter to enjoy whale watching and fabulous sunsets from the lanai. This unit in particular is very well maintained and attractively decorated. We especially liked the lanai furniture, and all of the provided beach gear: 4 chairs, 2 coolers, towels, and a beach umbrella.

Sunset heaven

The location of this place and the views of the sunset make it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The place itself is nicely decorated well maintained and everything worked well. The balcony is large enough for six people easily to relax on even though there was only two of us. It's a short walk to the beach with nothing but a beautiful lawn in between the building and the beach. The beach you should know can be very windy at times. I don't think this is a place where you would go and spend all day at the beach every day you're here. There's so much to do on the island anyways within a short drive. Again The View the sunset and the location as well as the condition of this property makes it a perfect stay.

The view is gorgeous, we enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio & beautiful sunsets. The area was nice and quiet, a quick drive from the airport. We enjoyed many activities in the area as well as restaurants The unit is well equiped with all you need for the beach. The washer & dryer were an added bonus, along with a well equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this property.

Pros: Valley Isle Property Management was very good. Property was clean. Well stocked, with beach chairs, etc. View from the lanai is great. Property grounds are well manicured. Cons: Don't be fooled by the photos that make it look like central AC. Those vents don't work! There are two window units only, one of which blew a circuit breaker at 4 AM. The previous central AC used to provide bathroom ventilation. Now there is no bathroom ventilation. Some furniture is dated and falling apart in bedroom. Kitchen counters are laminate, not granite. Shower head was loose. Refrigerator is rusty.

Great location for ocean/whale views but NO sleep due to ROAD NOISE…bedroom is on the side of building as main beach road & no solid windows in this unit…just shutter glass. Take note of the neighbor…instal noise proof windows!

Hello this property is beautiful and yes the view is amazing! That said we arrived at 11:00 PM, walked into the unit and first impression was not great. The floor grout was stained and made us feel uncomfortable to go barefoot . The bathroom did not feel very clean, the drain in the tub was broken (mechanical portion was not installed), the tub was stained and old, the walls in some areas are in need of a good scrubbing and paint, especially around the bathroom sink and trim. We did not feel comfortable to use the drawers or shelves in the bathroom. The kitchen is dated, but ok and stocked with everything you need, the living room was nice. The bedroom again is dated and did not feel the cleanest. The pillows felt old and the foam topper made the bed feel very hot to sleep in. There is a ceiling fan, but needs replacement. We did not use the dressers as there were were greasy finger prints all over them. There was lots of pluses here in the fact that they offer extra things to use for your adventures to the beach, however for the price you pay, they could be replaced when ripped and rusty. I bring this up because of the fees that are added had me expecting a totally clean unit. The next day when we looked out and saw the beautifully landscaped property and pool, it made things a little better. The deck and the view are definitely amazing, and we sat outside there at every opportunity, watching the whales breach. The beach has a few rocks, but you can’t control Mother Nature.

Ocean front gem.

We had to move our condo from Lahaina to Kiehi. I searched for lots of condos. I know Kiehi so that side of the street and all facing the ocean is awesome! It’s under 50 units too. The view is truly amazing and so quiet. The beach in front is so beautiful as well. The condo can use a bit updating but all was clean and had everything we need. There was a broken umbrella and I emailed them and had it within hours!! Great communication. They don’t know these things sometimes if guests don’t say. It’s just a excellent location since 2 mikes down you have so many restaurants and bars.

The views from our balcony were great! The property was well maintained with beautiful landscaping and flowers. The beach was nice, however it was full of coral rocks that the surf had washed up so if u are a tender foot, beware. The water was calm every day up until around 10-11am then it got really windy and the water was very choppy so if u want to snorkel, u will have to do it in the morning. There were two grills in the pool area for ur use. The rooms have beach chairs and umbrellas for ur use. The rooms are a little dated and could use some remodeling but nothing major. The condo is a short drive to several public beaches that are a little nicer as well as restaurants and shopping in Kihei. It’s about 30-40 minutes from Lahaina where the wharf, more shopping, bars and restaurants are located. It is also where most of the tours and adventure trips leave from.

Amazing spot!!!

This condo is absolutely perfect for a couple’s getaway to Maui! It has the best views of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Direct access to walk the beach and conveniently located to lots of popular restaurants. I am so glad we chose to stay here- definitely recommend this place to anyone.
