We had sugar ants in the kitchen, it was infested. We couldn’t use kitchen or put any food anywhere as they were crawling everywhere. We asked for compensation from owner… got no response! The area rug was filthy. We were inconvenienced by the ants. G110 was the worst we’ve stayed in. Been at the Maui Banyan for 19 years. They did 2 treatments to treat them, but very disappointing.,

Roaches, bugs, rusty appliances, appliances didn’t work. Aesthetically it was disappointing. There were no matching towels. The silverware didn’t match. The closet doors didn’t close, the mirrors were chipped.. I specifically asked the rental company if the property was updated and they said it was tiptop condition. It’s a total lie.

We absolutely loved our stay at Signature Residences at Maui Banyan. The condo was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to super comfy beds. The view from the lanai was stunning! The beach is just across the street, and the pools were great for relaxing. Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Easy check-in, great communication—this place made our Maui trip effortless and memorable. We’ll be back!
