Fully remodeled in November 2024, unit 313 is a custom built, detailed, upscale condo welcoming you. You will find this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in the Hale Kai O Kihei! This top-floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. Enjoy cool air in the kitchen and main area and the bedroom. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a breathtaking, serene beach. The location and proximity to the sandy, beautiful beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, take a walk and see basking turtles, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Parking is free on property for your convenience.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.), which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach, you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the custom barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 55” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full-service grocery store.

The condo was fantastic! A million dollar view of the ocean/sunset, sunrise! The amenities were thought out and excellent! The beautiful Kihei beach was only steps away! Our host went way out of his way to accommodate!Very few condos in Kihei face the ocean directly. This one does. The condo is immaculate.

The unit was very clean and looked just like the photos. It’s located on the third fooor, so it’s very quiet. The higher floor also affords the best views of the beach and ocean. The beach is public but isolated, so it’s no crowded at all. The bed was very comfortable. The bath has been fully remodeled and is gorgeous. The AC units keep temps comfortable all day long. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. It was clean, comfortable, nicely updated, and had all the supplies we needed. Looked just like in the photos! It was in a great location near our favorite restaurants and shopping. Also not a large building so no large crowds at the beach. We went to Maui in January to see the whales and was not disappointed. We saw whales and sunsets daily from the lanai.

This property was the highlight of our yearly trip to the island! Such a gem and every detail was covered to a T. When we arrived everything was exactly as we expected from photos, which is not always the case. The communication and details from the host was top notch and thorough. Stunning condo. This was our second stay in this same complex in another one of Joe’s rentals and this unit was comfortable and immaculate. The bed was super comfortable, fridge with ice maker and water dispenser was very welcomed, washer and dryer were useful, and the view from the balcony is always the best!

Our stay was great. The place is right on the beach with a gorgeous view. We went swimming every morning. The building was quiet, the beach wasn’t crowded, everyone we ran into staying there was very respectful. The location was convenient, with a shopping center nearby that had a few places to eat. Grocery stores are a short drive away. Location was a good launch point for us to explore other places on the island. Having laundry in the room was a bonus, and allowed us to pack light. All in all, we really enjoyed staying here especially since it is beach front.

This unit was perfect. The layout and size is perfect for a couple. The remodel was well done and thoroughly thought through. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The view is unobstructed. The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal. Washer and dryer in the unit was a nice bonus. The building is quiet and well kept.
