Light, bright, luxury condo in private location on beautiful grounds in our 15 acre complex with the many amenities of a destination resort. The Roof of Building #4 and Waste Piping have been replaced in July / August 2024 . Unit has been remodeled and upgraded with a cook's kitchen and granite counters. Hallway bathroom has a new vanity and countertop installed in Sep. 2024. Simply bring your suitcase and enjoy a romantic getaway. There are great views from our second floor lanai including a panoramic view of the West Maui Mountains. Watch sunsets from the lanai. New queen sofa bed in living room, new, California King bed in bedroom. Living room has flat screen TV, DVD player and free Internet access. This is South Kihei's premier complex in a perfect location just a stroll from pristine, sandy, swimming and snorkeling beaches with a 20 acre beach park. Miles of "coral type sand" beach walks are at your door step - great for jogging also. A 10 minute walk to the Kamaole Shopping Center with store and restaurants. Our complex has 10 gas B-B-Q's for guests, a large swimming pool, two spas, gym tennis & pickleball courts. Prefer children are over 10 years old. The resort fee is payable by the guest upon check in, $40 .00 flat fee (no matter how many guests are staying), valid for a maximum of 30 days. The resort fee covers the costs of operating the common areas like the pool, tennis courts, gym, etc. Price quote is for 2 adults and their children. Each additional adult will be charged an extra $20.00 per night.

No ocean view but easy walk to the beach. Room was clean & hosts easy to communicate with. Since I didn't use the a/c, the road noise was a bit loud but not a deal breaker.

We had a great stay. Communication was great and access was easy. We had a very late arrival an appreciated being able to get into the unit easily. Love the location and the property. The kitchen was well equipped. Only suggestion is to add a coffee table to the living area.

Clean and comfortable

This condo met our needs for a place where we could prepare our meals in addition to relaxing and sleeping. It was clean, I enjoyed using the large counter in the kitchen, and the room we slept in was quiet. We enjoyed meals at the table on the lanai - the only problem being a fair amount of traffic noise from the nearby road.

Maui never disappoints!

We had a wonderful 2-week vacation at the Kamaole Sands. We have stayed there before, usually in a unit facing into the main gardens. This time we were in one of the back units facing out towards a street. However, that did not matter at all. It was still a lovely place to stay. Everyone is so friendly. The unit was just fine! And, our host is definitely a super host. They were very accommodating and helpful every single time we interacted. So thanks for that! Just love Maui so much.

Maui 2023

We enjoyed our stay at the Kamoele Sands resort. This unit was as advertised, and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the Lanai. The instructions were great and kitchen was well stocked. The floors could use a good scrub, but likely due to the windows being open and the wind carrying dust in. The resort was great… the pool and grounds well kept, BBQ areas maintained well, and staff friendly and ready to assist. Thanks for the hospitality and we’ll look to book again if our travels take us back to Maui.

Great location

This was a large unit. A nice view of the mountains to the west, and a peak-a-boo view of the water. There was little bit of road noise, but that would not keep me from staying there again. It was nicely equipped with everything you need. There was even a washer and dryer in the unit. The second bathroom was a very nice feature. There were two 12 can ice chests, one if them had a broken handle so I bought another larger one for the next guest. With the fans on one in the bedroom the other in the living room, the AC was never turned on. The sliding glass door to the lanai was always open. Kam III is the beach across the street is a great beach. It's a nice place to watch the sunset. The 808 Deli and Fred's Mexican Restaurant are an easy walk. It's close enough to stumble home. A least that's what I was told. The only thing I wasn't really fond of was the hot tub temperature was set to 104 degrees. Way too hot. Thank you Ed and Judy for sharing your slice of paradise. Great centralized location

Great stay overall. Except for the blinds being a little messed up,when we arrived and the umbrella outside ,stuck to the sliding door pathway, everything else was good. Called up the maintenance contact and they addressed it accordingly. Wouldn’t t mind staying here again. A little tricky on door knob opening. On second floor.great amenities overall with the complex. Good fridge. Sink. Microwave and tv. Cannot view the beach fully from balcony. More so of the mountain and the road. But walkable to beach. I give it a 8/10. Thanks Eric and Judy !

My family of 4 (two adults and two teens) stayed at this condo in August of 2023. We really enjoyed the condo. It was well appointed, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Kamaole Sands is located directly across the street from three beaches and is an easy 5-10min walk to multiple restaurants and shops. The communication with Eric was very good as he was always very prompt with replies to any questions we had before and during our stay. The complex is very nice and has a good pool. i would highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here and thought that it was a very good value especially as hotel rates are crazy here now. Right across the street from a great beach and close to most things. Central location. Nice pool and grounds. Staff was great. Kitchen great. Clean. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Patio set. Host easy to deal with.
