A really clean and well-maintained place with a beautiful view and a relaxing vibe. The live music you can hear from the balcony is a plus.The atmosphere is peaceful, and everything felt welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nice spot to unwind.

Smelled like dog and wet fish

The room does not have a living room. The second bed is in what should be the living room. There is only a table with 2 chairs in the kitchen inside to sit and visit. The downstairs bedroom smelled like wet dog and fish leaked into the vinyl planks. I explained to the front desk and my allergies to dogs. No cancellation was possible and staff and Expedia could care less. I was already sick and this made it worse.

Excellent property - very clean and comfortable- we stayed here because we were diving and the boat dock was a block away, allowing our gear to dry on the balcony - beds were super comfortable- we had a full kitchen which was great for not having to eat out every meal - also loved having two separate rooms so adult/teenager didn’t conflict over TV/sleeping time! Staff was very nice, pool area was basic but nice to relax at- didn’t smell overwhelming of chlorine which I was happy about! Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend

Centrally located and very spacious for the price. Property grounds were a little rough. No housekeeping during stay, which was explained upfront. The place could have used a broom, more than 3 each of forks and spoons and hand towels. Minimally stocked would be a good description. Our elderly dog had some trouble with the strep stairs to the bedroom. For the price it was definitely adequate and reasonable and met our needs. The canal view was nice too.

3rd time there parking was easy lots of large spaces under the building great location fun to watch the boats from the balcony good size kitchen bedroom living room bathrooms clean bedroom clean the place overall clean the bad part of this place it needs to upgrade the windows which leaks water noise and bugs the place needs to be deep cleaned this stay there were no spoons the coffee cups were dirty kitchen needs to be deep cleaned missing towels overal great value !

The rooms are spacious and very recently and tastefully refurbished. Great balconies and marina view. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The area around the building was however a bit run down and there was debris, stored "materials" and other stuff everywhere especially around the parking spaces. Very small pool area always full of kids and a bit unusable. I would definitely stay again, if I'll be away during the day, otherwise not a hanging out property.

Nice, but definitely not a resort

We booked a room at this hotel as it offered two beds and two separate rooms which was perfect for us and our adult daughter. The room is nicely renovated and we enjoyed the small balcony overlooking the canal. The downside is that we were charged a $50 resort fee. The only amenity the hotel offered was a very small pool that we had no interest in using. The other downside was when we asked for additional towels and coffee. They were not brought to the room which would’ve been nice after paying a $50 resort fee.

👍 -Location (Central, Sharkey's) -View -Kenny (Attendant) 👎 The entire property is in poor condition. The rooms are outdated and not well maintained—just a fresh coat of exterior paint masking deeper issues. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower floor was dirty, and the AC vents were full of dust. The sliding door barely worked and had broken shades, and there was no security bolt on either the front door or the sliding door. Overall, it felt unsafe staying there.
