It's a beautiful resort and the staff was friendly and helpful. We only encountered 2 disappointments: The first day the music at the pool was so loud we couldn't converse among ourselves, but after requesting the volume was reduced. The second was the temperature of the pool was HOT, I mean easily in the 90s or higher! We felt it coming out of the input valves and it felt like hot tub temps! We asked the staff and we saw people checking the water, but it was still uncomfortably hot when we checked out.

Super friendly staff. Very well maintained property. Music and areas of entertainment were fantastic. Sunsets on beach priceless. Walk-in pool. Walk-in beach with aquabanas.

In the beginning the reception counter didn’t give me good service, she assigned a bad room when I complained she assigned another bad room, until the manager came and find an appropriate one for me

Play Largo was an amazing experience! The staff throughout the resort were all so helpful and welcoming. Thanks to Armando, I was able to go fishing every single day during my stay. It was a free activity, but definitely one of the best experiences I had there.

This is an amazing resort. The staff are very intentional and wonderful. It was our anniversary and the staff went the extra mile to give us a room upgrade and a beautiful welcome message in our room. This is an experience we will be taking again and I am glad we got to experience it. The resort activities are also fun and the food is amazing.
