With four private bedrooms, each featuring its own en suite bathroom and private entrance, plus a spacious detached loft, every guest can enjoy their own personal haven. On the main level, you’ll find the heart of the home, an open living area and sleek kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, plush furnishings, and a bright, modern design inspired by the Florida Keys. This floor also includes one of the main bedrooms and direct access to the detached loft, ideal for guests who prefer ground-level comfort. Head upstairs to discover two additional private bedrooms and a spacious lounge area perfect for relaxing, reading, or taking in the serene views of the pool and water beyond. The top floor is home to the private master suite, a peaceful sanctuary offering panoramic views and refined comfort, the perfect spot to wake up to the sunrise or unwind after a day on the water. The Space:

Each Bedroom and the on-site loft has it's own private entrance and door code. Pool is heated during the winter months to 85. Please inquire if you need more space, we have a second property, 1bdr/1bth sleeps 4, just outside the front gate of the complex that may be added to your reservation if it is available.



Dockage is available and can host up to a 30ft boat. Points you must consider regarding getting in and out of the canals from this neighborhood. If you have a center console boat with a fixed bimini you will be tidal locked due to shallow water at low tide. If you do not have a fixed bimini you can exit through the canal that goes under the bridge which is not tidal locked. Please check depths for Rock Harbor and compare to your boats draft or inquire with us and we will confirm. Flats boats, jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks are all welcome and can come and go without issue.
