Resort and Marina are an excellent choice for traveling thru or staying a few nights. Close to Taveneir and Islamorada for various things to do outiselde the resort as well. Pool welcoming for children, Tiki Bar staff amazing with great choices to choose from and delicious too! My girls n I had an amazing time!

The room was small but comfortable. Although housekeeping did not clean the room during my stay, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was average, but the service was good. Overall, it is a nice place for a short vacation and is conveniently located close to Miami. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would consider returning in the future.

This was my second time at Gilbert’s but my first time staying there, I have no other word to use besides AMAZING! Genuinely loved the resort & staff so much. Rooms were exactly what they portray online, beautiful and clean. They have a company by the beach where you can rent kayaks and jet skis which was convenient. I will be coming back without a doubt.
