We went down to Florida for our friend’s wedding and found this lovely place close to the venue. It fit all the guests and the beds were super comfortable. Beautiful house with any amenity you could ask for! The pond super close to place had amazing fishes to look at and snorkel with. We got lucky with amazing weather and neighbors. The check-in/check-out process was super simple and the Welcome Guide provided by Annmarie was very helpful. Stopped by many of the restaurants and beaches recommended and loved the experience! We would definitely recommend to future guests and would love to visit again.

Annmarie is an excellent host! She was super easy to communicate with and went above and beyond what other hosts have done to make sure our stay was a good one. She has an awesome guide that helps you know the area and learn about the home. We would have enjoyed the property even more if we didn't have babies with all the water sports equipment, but she has that covered with toys and books. There is not a formal dining room table, but there is a kids table and high chair that doubles as a toddler seat. The rest is island/high top seating. Our kiddos just ate in shifts but anyone with older kids would be fine. I would love if she had properties elsewhere because she is so easy to work with! Definitely choose her place if you're staying in Key Largo, it's beautiful and thoughtfully stocked to meet guests needs.

The place was beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked with about anything we needed. The resort was great my boys loved swimming and paddle boarding in the lagoon. The pool was large and warm. We didn't even use the second pool available, the one in front of the unit is very nice. We spent a lot of time feeding the fish in the lagoon which my younger kids especially loved to see. The whole resort is quite large so the golf cart comes in handy. Communication with the host was great, she was quick to respond to questions and sent out some useful information about the area. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going to Key Largo.

Very nice unit. Our 5th stay at Kawana Resort. This is now our favorite. Very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, attentive and accommodating owner. Great location, near pool and lagoon. Golf cart was a great added bonus. 5 of us, including 2 kids. We all loved our stay and will be back.

The condo was perfect!! We loved the setup, location and vibe. Having the pool right out the back door, playground right next to that and lagoon too?, so awesome! The fish in the lagoon were awesome. Made for great snorkeling and we even brought our scuba gear to dive it. Way cool. Laundry on the patio, golf cart for exploring and comfy beds to crash in. Couldn’t ask for better. Will definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this Key Largo Coastal Condo! Annmarie is an exceptional host, providing us with lots of info and recommendations before we even arrived, and checking in throughout our trip to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo itself is well stocked with lots of extras! It’s clean, comfortable, and has a great set up for families. The golf cart was lots of fun to use, as were the paddle boards! The condo resort was awesome! There was so much to do (2 pools, a lagoon to swim in and feed fish, the beach and jetty, tennis) and it was close to so many things Key Largo has to offer. My girls and I were even able to walk to Dolphin Life for a tour and swim with the dolphins! All around, we were thrilled to stay here and will hopefully be back soon!

Private, Quaint and WelcomingOur host is so all about hospitality and approachable with questions about the condo and surrounding area. The lagoon is a good area for learning to snorkel and i suggest focusing use of it when sun is out. There's always the 2 pools which you end up choosing on if you like the temperature warmer or not. There's a golf cart available if you have a family of young kids to haul to the jetty nearby or supplies for a cookout but those areas are also an easy walk just over 5 minutes. Outside of resort you have an assortment of restaurants for excellent seafood and the snorkeling business we booked with was only a mile away. I'd say for a family of 4-5 , this is excellent. I liked that the mattresses were firm and in the master, you played with the mattress topper to decide between soft and firm. She had amenities of golf cart and bicycles and rec equipment like pickle ball stuff and paddleboards...you can't go wrong staying here.Place was clean. Well stocked with basics. Organized. We just had to buy food, coffee and paper towels. Some toiletries were provided as well. Place made me feel like I was a local, not a tourist!

This VRBO experience stands out from all our previous stays. Before we even arrived, Annamarie sent a comprehensive welcome email with a detailed guide covering everything: house amenities, local attractions, step-by-step instructions for the golf cart, paddle boards, and bikes, plus restaurant recommendations. The thoroughness of this information immediately eased my anxiety about planning our days and finding great places to eat.Annamarie checked in with us on our first full day to ensure we had everything we needed, and she responded quickly to every question we asked. Her attentiveness made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.The condo itself has everything a family could need, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The location couldn't be better—we had direct access to the pool right from our back door, and the tennis courts, additional pools, and beach/ocean area were all just a short walk away.This is the perfect place to relax, explore the area, and soak up the sun. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot and would absolutely return!

Perfect location to the pool and jetty. The pavilion was also ideally located near the unit, so we could all have a meal together at a table. Host was the best in communicating I have ever experienced. Scuba dived with Quiescence which was fabulous.

Annmarie was wonderful. Me, my fiancé and 2 friends went down to celebrate my daughter's 27th birthday(daughter passed away in 2024). Key Largo was my daughter's favorite place. They were kind and very generous. The place was beautiful. Everyone on the property was nice and had courtesy. We grilled streaks one night down by the water and had mimosa the next morning by the water. We did not use the bikes or kayaks because I am scared of the any water. We would 100% recommend this place!

Our family had an amazing time. Annmarie was accommodating and was always reachable when we needed her. The place was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our favorite was driving up the Jetty with the golf cart to watch the sunset and to fish. We can stay there all night. Highly recommended!
