Brilliant second stay

This was our second stay and it didn't disappoint. The only issue was on arrival with there being feather bedding in the room which we'd spectacled to be removed prior to arrival. However as soon as I mentioned it , it was resolved and non feather replacements were in place immediately. Service at breakfast and check in was excellent as was the super fresh breakfasts. Fresh fruit , beautifully cooked choice too. Staff were great and when I asked for some toothpaste as we'd forgotten ours we were provided with some , again immediately. The surroundings, furnishings are all great. Home cooked treats at the entrance are a lovely touch. Thanks guys and hope to see you again soon.

Hotel was spotless, really clean, comfortable and a cosy warm bedroom. Breakfast was delicious, and staff were all very friendly and polite. Nice walk into town, however bit of a hike back, as it’s all up hill. Didn’t put us off, and would definitely recommend and book again

Loved staying here, the staff are lovely and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Room was cold on arrival but we were given an extra heater that did the trick in no time 👍. Nothing would put us off staying here again. Would definitely recommend staying here, we will stay again. Beautiful

Visited over Christmas/ new year period. Owners & staff were excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Room and en-suite kept spotless, Guest House is located within 15 mins walking distance of Keswick centre, and is located in a picturesque and nice quiet spot. Breakfasts were very good. Will definitely stay again.

Had an amazing stay at this wonderful property. Gorgeous rooms and fabulous hosts made for an amazing stay. Well located 5 minute drive from Keswick which has lots of eating options and one of the best lake walks in the area. 30mins drive from other popular lakes. Breakfast was 10/10 and good veg options.

Our favourite guest house in Keswick

Lovely, comfortable guest house with spacious, well-appointed room and with stunning mountain views. Very welcoming owner and top class breakfast service. Comfortable lounge to relax at the end of the day and the complimentary coffee and cake is a lovely touch. Second visit and no doubt will be back again.

A really enjoyable stay, the breakfast was really lovely and i liked it was family run. All very helpful and attentive. A really nice quiet place to stay, a 10min walk to Keswick which was fab for food and for hiking would highly recommend!.

Keswick stay

Had a wonderful stay, the owners were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty and of good quality and prepared fresh. We would definitely stay again if we were to be visiting Keswick.
