We have just taken over this beautiful apartment in the prime location in the heart of Portinscale right next to Derwent Water.
If you are a walker, cyclist, water sport lover or simply enjoy relaxing in the tranquility of this beautiful part of the Lake District, then this is the place for you!
We are dog lovers and well behaved dogs are very welcome.
The space
A beautifully presented, 4 star accredited, one bedroom apartment. Open plan kitchen, living and dining room. Bedroom with en-suite shower room. Next to the apartment, there are two secure rooms. One for muddy boots and coats and the other for bikes/canoes. You will have a key for both of these so you can lock up and know your property is secure.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of high quality cutlery, crockery and pots and pans, coffee machine and exotic teas from Shibui of Edinburgh.

We provide a top class mattress for an amazing nights sleep, something we pride ourselves on and know the importance of. It has a combined total of 3000 premium pocketed & mini pocket springs, is full of natural fibres and is hand tufted so you should wake up full of vigour and vim for the day ahead.

We also provide Sumptuous Sheets - 600 thread count Egyptian cotton.
Christy Towels - 675 thread count Egyptian cotton.

Luxury Toiletries - the best there is provided by Bath House Cumbria. All natural and vegan.

There is a dedicated free private parking space just outside the apartment and a table and chairs for Al fresco dining if desired.
