The Brixley House was great, well decorated and spotless. The location was excellent, in the middle of Kerrville and close to everything. The property itself was very quiet but was only one block off the main thoroughfare. Check-in was effortless and our hosts were very communicative, with great restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay at Brixley House again!

Perfect stop in Kerrville

We stayed just one evening before picking up kids from camp. Location was great, house was cool and bright and clean. Plenty of parking. Owner was very communicative and we felt the house was prepped for our arrival. We look forward to staying here again next year!

We accidentally gave them our arrival date incorrectly and texted them and told them about it. They never answered us back except for the first time saying we had given them a date. We tried explaining it was a month away and if we could just reschedule it and never Heard from them again.

Great duplex

We found the communication punctual and thoughtful, the property was centrally located and very clean. The house was styled in comfortable and trendy furnishings - super cute! Plus, we stayed in the unit on the 4th of July and were able to see the entire firework display from the front yard. There is construction on the road right now (July 2024), but was certainly quiet at night. We come to Kerrville often to see my in laws and need overflow sleeping…I imagine we will be back!
