Welcome to the Monterey Residence

This stylish, modern and brand new apartment which can sleep six people, is the perfect place to relax and unwind in the heart of Kendal, “the Gateway to the Lake District”, with restaurants, cafes, shops and entertainment on the doorstep.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a luxurious super-king size bed along with a designer sofa bed. The second bedroom contains a luxurious double bed.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The apartment has all the technological comforts of the 21st century to ensure you are at complete ease throughout your stay; including smart locks, a smart alarm system, 24/7 CCTV monitoring, a 50” UHD Smart TV along with super-fast internet access.

The kitchen area is fitted with grey gloss base and wall units with quartz granite worktops and a central island. The integrated appliances include a fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and a dishwasher. Within the island is an induction hob with pop up extractor.

The apartment boasts a stylish wet room, fitted with a white suite comprising vanity wash hand basin, concealed cistern WC and an open shower area, along with a luxury bath. Fully clad with the finest designer tiles, the wet room also has a heated chrome towel rail, extractor and downlights. 

The apartment also boasts an iron, ironing board, high chair and travel cot; making it perfect for families. Fresh linen, bath and hand towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The period feel of this Grade 2 listed building has also been retained, and being in a conservation area, high quality traditional double glazed sash windows have been installed along with an up to date heating system.
