Poor customer relations

Your customer service needs training didn’t great or say thank you when left. Some women acted like I woke her up very grouchy attitude. I have stayed there several times, not anymore 👎

The room keys kept deactivating. The water in tub would not turn off. The front desk knew was a problem and still put guest in the room. The staff was very nice.
